Pastel Art

In 2002, Mr. Hosoya Norikatsu (细谷典克先生) established JAPAN PASTEL HOPE ART ASSOCIATION (JPHAA) in Japan, and started teaching Pastel Nagomi Art in his style.
Pastel Nagomi Art is an easy and relaxing drawing method for all age. It helps us to express our feelings and relieve stress through simple and fun drawing. Basically using fingers and some simple and inexpensive tools.
In JPHAA Certified Associate Instructor Course, student will learn the basic techniques of Pastel Art and get to know the stories behind each art work of Mr.Hosoya. This course is designed by Mr. Hosoya to train Associate Instructors to conduct workshop and sharing his vision on popularizing Pastel Nagomi Art.

 The Flower Of Crystal Art is a form of pastel art created by Japanese Artist Ms Rumi Ishimaru. With the method designed by Ms Rumi, creating these intricate and beautiful pastel artwroks become easy and fun. If you are a Mandala lover, you may love doing the mandala using Pastel.

 Both Stamp & Lace Art and Float Color Courses are designed by Ms Ritsuko Inaba.  In Stamp & Lace Art , we do pastel art incorporating the usage of stamps. In Float Color courses, we teach how to create our very own Scratch Art with Pastel Art.

 We offer workshops and  Instructor Certification Courses at our Studio and on Zoom .

Students is required to take the PNA instructor certificate course before enrolling for these two Instructor Certificate course .
